### Project

Ripl helps its users create and share social media content to multiple social media networks at the same time. Whether you’re a solopreneur, side-hustler, small team, or real brick and mortar, Ripl has the features you need to look like a pro on social. As a user, you can use mobile apps available for iOS and Android as well as web-version of the product.

### Challenge

Our task was to provide a team of manual QA specialists to handle the regression testing and ensure that all three apps (Android, iOS, and the web version) were stable and bug-free. We also provided help with daily customer support tasks. And at different stages of the project, a limited amount of UI Automation tasks were involved in the effort to automate the regression testing processes.

### Solution

Dev Team has provided a QA team and a manager to set up daily regression testing processes. We also provided all the necessary devices and equipment required for successful testing of different mobile platforms and the web app. Later, a new member of the customer support team has joined the team and helped to cover 30% of customer support tickets during late-night hours, providing 16-hour daily support for the users of the apps.
